I wish to receive a clarification if a 3 yo is already included in the headcount for the accor dine discount. I used to dine in Spiral and the last time was just last month and they did not include my 3yo daughter and my friends 4 yo daughter in the headcount for the accor discount. I had a night of stay in Swissotel and I was with my husband and daughter. Since we are already at the place, we chose to spend our lunch at Markt, a staff approached me that the discount will be 33%, I was surprised because I was expecting it to be 50%. I asked the staff that I think it should be 50%, He then asked the age of my daughter and I said 3. He went to the reception and after a while got back on us and insisted that as per his supervisor, my daughter is included in the headcount. We were also there last week of November 2023 and my daughter is not included in the headcount and enjoyed 50% dining discount. There is nothing I can do, I just need a clarification on this matter. Receptionist staff and supervisor are very nice and gave me a very welcoming treatment. Gentlemen who handled our luggage and other staff are nice and courteous Complimentary snacks and fruits are amazing. The staff who answered my call at around 12:30Pm when I was asking if how much time I can request for a late check out is quite cold, she just answered upon checking your check out time is 12noon and we are fully booked. We left immediately.

I had the most beautiful stay here. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the staff are lovely, there are many restaurants to choose from and the pool is great! Overall an amazing place to stay.

Superb pool facilities did not help staff’s lack of training during afternoon and evening poolside guest assistance. Not a single staff offered a menu of snacks or cocktail the entire time to me or other guests. Fitness room lacks amenities and sadly small. Breakfast is not as good as other 5-star hotels. If these standards are met, it would be a nicer hotel.

My scissors for trimming my beard were taken by security. I was NOT happy, i stayed at 3 other hotels in the Philippines on my visit and did not have this issue
