Beautiful grounds, walking trails close by, not far from Coffs main shopping area, staff were friendly. View from the restaurant was fantastic, good choice of drinks but main meal choice was limited. Lamb backstrap was a bit tough, prawn gnocchi was delicious and the steak was too. One night we waited 75mins for our meal. Our order was possibly forgotten. We were given a free drink and our meal arrived about 15mins later. Other nights, service was great and we received our meal in reasonable time. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. Access to the room from the Carpark is hilly and not direct. We weren't offered Porter service or even told luggage trolleys are available. That would have been helpful. Overall, lovely place and I would be happy to go back.

If you're looking for a property where you can drop and roll into the gorgeous ocean then look no further. The property is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens, a stunning pool and fantastic restaurant.

Booked via the Accor App. Received confirmation email. Arrived at the Reception only to be told that my booking had been cancelled. They could offer me a room at an increase of $50 over the booking I had made. It was take it or leave it. Im a Diamond Accor Plus member and this is how I am being treated considering the amount of money I spend in the Network. The room was tired and there was no TV Signal. Would have normally eaten in the restaurant but due to my experience ate out. Upon check out I was told they wold contact head office but have heard nothing.

Having charged almost $500 for 2 nights, the basic amenity like drinking water was missing. Never stayed at a place where not even a single bottle of water was complementary. That was disappointing. We also had the breakfast there, it was good but they ran out of certain things as simple as orange juice. How can you not have that in stock? Other than that, the location of the property and entertainment facilities were good.
