Quiet and very comfortable stay. Service was good and staff polite and helpful. Our go to place to stay when we visit New Plymouth. Used our complimentary night and enjoyed dining there using our Accor 50% benefit. Such great value for money.

I expected greater variety in the breakfast, based on my previous experience with other Novotel hotels around the world; juices were good, though. The shower was good. Receptionists were kind. A heated swimming pool would've been great (see Rotorua's Novotel, for example).

Food and service in restaurant for dinner was great Bathroom amenities are far too smelly for someone with hay fever - unable to use Did get asked on checkin if I was a member - but never found out if was or got link to do so as promised
