Bed is comfy, glasses in the room were filthy. Turbarlence, the restaurant downstairs has very slow service, terrible and overpriced food. Paid for a $28 chicken parmigiana, what a terrible turnout on the plate. I've gotten more substantial servings from a pub $15 lunch special. I gave it another chance after an awful pizza the night before. This has cemented my opinion and I will not be dining or staying here ever again.

In general, the room was comfortable, facilities were good, restaurant was good.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only shortfall for us were that the rooms were a bit small, no washing/drying in the room and car park entry caught us out 3 times.

No toilet brush. Unable to adjust room temp. Always cold. Retuarant freezing cold. No courtesy water. No vending machine for water. Only available at bar prices. Protracted checking in procedure. Dirty carpet. Excellent sound proofing for room. Excellent blackout curtains. Comfy bed. Selection of pillows. Hair dryer to warm the room.

Stayed here on at least 5 occasions previously. It seems each time the rooms are not as clean and starting to look as though the need a refurb. The bathroom / shower has mould and do not smell great. The room itself had a musty smell too. The desk area had crumbs on and the side table had water marks on. Dirty bathroom door and handle plus the wall is chipped and dirty.

If I were to comment on anything it would be the Bed. Because the TV is directly in from of the bed one tends to stack up the pillows to watch a program. Problem is when you lean back on the pillows the bed wants to move away from the wall. Anchor down the bed would be a good solution.
