Good overall, despite some bad experiences

Harvey and Clemence are some of the most helpful and friendly conceirge. They are both very proactive and always take initiative to offer their help and assistance. I can always feel how genuine they are when offering their services. They both always know how and when to extend their service without being told. However, there are also one or two other staffs in the conceirge that are much less thoughtful and lacks the service standard of Sofitel. They merely greeted us the door with no initiative to offer help despite seeing us struggling with the amount of bulky items from the car.

From the moment we opened the door from our taxi we felt welcome and cared for. The entire team, each and every step of the way with every department, delivered flawless customer service of the highest quality. We cannot fault the team, the rooms, the food, or the facilities. Every meal was amazing especially the uniquely presented Midsummer Night's Dream High Tea. A Special thank you to Adrian, Redzuan and John who took time to make us and especially our 9 month old son feel very special. We can't wait until we come back again! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Had dinner at Racine. Celebrated my teacher's birthday and she enjoyed herself very much. Service rendered by the staff was fantastic and it made our day. Many thanks to Wenz and Julia for a wonderful night. Their attentiveness made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Food was good and the ambience was nice and cosy.

We went there last week. The ambience is nice. The drinks and fruit that we ordered were delicious. Special thanks to Mr. John and Wenz for amazing service and recommendations. One of the best restaurants in Singapore. Definitely will come again.

The racines restaurant is good and there is a guy whose name is John Hubert as he is the most wonderful and helpful guy who serve me in the restaurant. As others the staffs are also good. The hot latte is very hot and good tasting! The club lounge staffs are good like Irene, Marc, yiani, Myra, Ben & Hadi. They will ask us what we need and very good manner! The front desk upon check in is Alison and Celeste who serve me quite fast & good. Airi is the duty manager will try his best to solve the problem for me! The concierge staffs are Syafiq & Clemence will always help me with my luggage when I arrive and departure at the hotel. Very good and efficient! The rooms who always clean my room are Jonathan, Terrance and Chuanbin. They are fast in cleaning the room and make the room clean n neat! Very good job and very happy with their service! Thank you so much!
