Brother Dilshad and Nihal , is so helpful and respectful. I appreciated there help and kindness. Would clean the table fast and bring us whatever we needed. They made me and my famliy feel at home, we have many kids with us and they where very friendlyand patient. Thank you so much.

Unsatisfied and terrible customer service and experience

I would not recommend the Pullman Zamzam Madina. Check in was terrible, the reception took a while to check us in and when eventually we were checked in, they were not at all helpful. We were in Madina for Umrah and with Saudi gearing itself up to be a tourist destination, the entire experience was very disappointing. The rooms were shabby, dark and smelled stale, the breakfast was the same every morning and very boring. They also had the incorrect guests name on the TV, and booked us into the incorrect rooms. When we complained to the reception desk, they done nothing, just made excuses, until we spoke with the Duty Manager Nawaf, that was very helpful and assisted with an upgrade, and tried his best to rectify, which we appreciated. I believe the staff do not know about any customer service, and should be trained about customer service and providing an excellent customer experience, to all their guests not just an Arab guest. The reception staff were the worst, they also did communicate well, and they did not have a reasonable understanding in English.. I requested a wake call and they called me 20 minutes later. The phone did not work most of the time. The ladies section was very far to walk to the haram,the bus only allowed ladies and took a long time to collect and drop off. I would not at all recommend the Pullman Hotel Medina. I believe that they need to be trained properly to provide all guests with an excellent customer experience, and the hotel requires a major upgrade.

Our stay with Pullman was very pleasing. The staff were very nice. Especially Mr.Khurshid, was very knowledgeable and wonderful he guided us and recommended us a Resturant which we loved. We were craving our authentic food. He was amazing. We hope to come back here again inshallah.

I stayed at the hotel from January 1st to January 5th in an executive suite. While the room and hotel services did not particularly impress me, the restaurant staff, especially Nihal, Dilsath, Shamim, Babu and a few others, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my family, providing a service that truly deserved a 5-star rating.💕💐

The service at Pullman Zamzam was just fantastic. It was our first trip to Madinah and couldn’t choose a better place for our stay. Very nice set up, good service and ultra-friendly staffs. Especially Dilshad from the restaurant and Raja in room service. I 💯 recommend this hotel as it is so close to Masjid An-Nabawi….❤️
