Nach einer Übernachtung im Mai waren wir jetzt eine volle Woche im Pullmann Zagreb. Wie im Mai bin ich der Meinung, dass dieses Hotel ein Aushängeschild für Pullmann/Accor darstellt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Schöne moderne Einrichtung, zurückhaltendes Personal, welches überaus freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit reagiert, wenn man es anspricht.

Das Hotel hat alles an Komfort, was das Herz begehrt. Das Parking ist sehr geräumig, gut beleuchtet und klar strukturiert. Mein Zimmer ist echt komfortabel gewesen. Es hatte allerdings einen Makel nämlich das Arrangemant der Fläche im Bereich Bad/WC/Waschbecken. Es wäre mir lieber, wenn dieser Bereich mit einer Tür versehen wäre. Sonst war es ok.

Grundsätzlich ein ruhiges nettes Hotel, Personal freundlich! Leider keinerlei Essen nach 22:30 im Hotel möglich! Waren auf der Durchreise und kamen deshalb nach Küchenschluss an! Hätten gerne noch eine Kleinigkeit im Hotel gegessen. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit gab es keine Lokale im Umkreis blieb dann nurmehr Fastfood😢 Dusche ein wenig unpraktisch da keine Duschwand und zum Wohnraum nicht abgetrennt!

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur schwer zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und machen größtenteils einen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Service vom Personal ist verbesserungswürdig. Am der Rezeption ist man leicht überfordert, wenn zur Abreise mehrere Personen dort stehen und man stellt einfach nachträglich einen Betrag in Rechnung und bucht ihn von der Karte ab, der bereits bei Buchung mit Punkten beglichen wurde. Beim Frühstück wirken einige junge Mitarbeiter, eventuell Azubis sehr lustlos und spielen die ganze Zeit am Handy und kauen Kaugummi.

Wir haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel gehabt. Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich und verständnisvoll. Der Geund für 9 Punkte anstatt 10 Punkte ist das Frühstück, welches etwas hochwertiger hätte sein können. Es war nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Frisch zubereitetes Ei oder ähnliches auf Bestellung wäre z.B eine Bereicherung

Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich, Garage zum Parkieren auch gut aber für die Hotelgäste sollte die Gratis sein und nicht 12.- Euro pro Tag kosten.
