我在这里住了两天。第一天的住宿是在雅高的官网预定的，第二天的住宿是在第三方平台预定的（因为官网订不到房间了）。 首先办理入住的时候队伍很长，在我等待了半个多小时后，终于轮到我了。但在我办理入住的时候，提供了完整的姓名，以及酒店方面的确认单号，前台就是无法找到我的第二天住宿订单（第一天的订单是能被确认的），前台也没有意思表示让我先入住房间，再想办法解决问题。大概又等了半个多小时以后，酒店才终于找到并确认了我的订单。这张被确认的订单所对应的姓名和订单号就是我之前提供的，我不知道为什么酒店让我等了这么久，在炎热的天气下，等待期间也没有服务员给我提供饮料、手巾等物品让我消暑降温。 其次，在我退房的时候，在我没有任何额外消费的情况下，又被告知要交额外的餐费。酒单只是简单的通知我，让我付费，也没有让我去核对账单签名等信息（如果我没记错的话，服务的人员叫“坂本”是一位戴眼镜的女士）。在我提出质疑后，酒店先是说晚餐费用，又改口说是午餐费用。可实际上，那一整天我都在酒店外游玩，没有任何酒店消费。即便我这样说了，酒店也没有任何歉意以及积极的态度去核对真实情况。由于酒店前台的英文很糟糕，就这个付费的问题僵持了很久。幸好过了一会，有说中文的其他工作人员的到来，才澄清了问题—我们确实没有消费，是酒店搞错了。同时在我的强烈要求下，那位搞错的女士，才第一次表达出了歉意。 总而言之，在这个酒店的入住和退房的过程都十分让人失望。让我感到愤怒和身心疲惫，我再也不会来这个酒店了。 I stayed here for two days. The first night was booked on Accor's official website, while the second night was booked on a third-party platform because there were no available rooms on the official site. Firstly, when I checked in, the queue was very long. After waiting for more than half an hour, it was finally my turn. However, despite providing my full name and the confirmation number from the hotel, the front desk couldn't find my reservation for the second night (though the first night’s reservation was confirmed). The staff did not offer to let me check in first and resolve the issue later. After waiting for another half hour, the hotel finally found and confirmed my reservation, which matched the name and confirmation number I initially provided. I don't understand why I had to wait so long in the hot weather without being offered any drinks, towels, or anything to cool down during the wait. Secondly, when I was checking out, I was told that I needed to pay an additional dining fee even though I hadn't made any extra purchases. The hotel just informed me to pay without letting me verify the bill or sign anything (if I remember correctly, the staff member was a woman named Sakamoto who wore glasses). When I questioned this, the hotel first claimed it was a dinner fee and then changed it to a lunch fee. In fact, I spent the entire day outside the hotel and didn’t have any meals there. Despite my explanation, the hotel staff showed no apology or positive attitude to verify the situation. Due to the poor English of the front desk staff, the issue took a long time to resolve. Fortunately, another staff member who spoke Chinese arrived later and clarified the situation — we indeed had no charges, and it was a mistake by the hotel. Only upon my strong insistence did the staff member who made the mistake finally apologize. Overall, the check-in and check-out processes at this hotel were very disappointing. I felt frustrated and exhausted, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

We are very sorry that you had to wait so long at check-in, and that it took us so much of your precious time in the heat of the day.
