We are very happy that you were able to enjoy the lounge and the buffet breakfast at this time. We are also pleased to see the magnificent view of Beppu Bay from your room. The hotel's location is located on a hill overlooking Beppu Bay, where you can enjoy the tranquil Beppu Bay and the beautiful green mountains. We have good access to tourist facilities such as popular theme parks and aquariums, so we would appreciate it if you could use our hotel when you come to Oita again. Thank you very much for choosing Grand Mercure Beppu Bay Resort & Spa. We are very sorry that you chose our hotel as your travel destination with high expectations and that your stay with us was unsatisfactory due to our staff's inexperienced response. We are very sorry that you had to wait so long at check-in, and that it took us so much of your precious time in the heat of the day. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest apologies again. As you mentioned, we regret that we could not allow such a rude behavior at the check-out time.
