Renovated but needs more improvements

Swing S. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

New member of Accor in Japan, lobby, restaurant, osen and some rooms in higher floors were renovated. But it obviously the staff need time to similar and improve their knowledge to the Accor regulations, especially the member benefits. As a Platinum member, no room upgrade, no late check-out, no exclusively counter, three registered guests only obtain two welcome drinks.

We sincerely apologise for any discomfort you may have experienced regarding the Accor membership system. We will re-implement the training to our front desk staff and make every effort to improve the system so that we can provide our guests with the best possible service without causing any inconvenience.
