餐厅海鲜螃蟹没有做熟 导致细菌感染性急性肠胃炎 食物中毒

Rest assured that our Safety and Compliance Manager conducted a thorough investigation into the incident, as we take all food safety concerns very seriously. We continuously ensure that the ingredients used by our chefs, as well as the dishes served by our team, meet the highest quality standards. 入住当天酒店值班人员不承认弄错房间和图片,在我们强烈要求想要入住首页图片对应的房间时,告知我们房间升级需要每晚补交21000多比索且需要一次性升级5晚。我们认为房费差额比携程直订要贵很多,且当时已经是凌晨一点多,身体也吃不消,因此选择勉强先入住,第二天再跟携程沟通。最终处理结果是携程单方面赔偿了我们一部分损失。酒店虽然有经理出面道歉,声称别墅图片和标准房图片混放给我们造成了理解偏差,后续酒店会调整图片呈现方式,但实际调整并未完成。我们认为酒店整体环境设施还是非常不错的,但房间和宣传订单图片完全不一致,这种货不对版的消费误导还是非常影响品牌体验。且酒店方的道歉仅限于口头,完全没有实际行动的补救,也很让人失望。
