1,房间空调坏了,到七楼前台要求维修,前台青年男服务员态度很差说修不了。态度真是恶劣。 2,希望延迟到14:00退房,七楼前台服务员在电脑前查了半天,说不行。你们酒店要求客人三点入住,客人希望延迟到两点退房,为什么不行? 3,男服务员带着陌生女人拿个梯子,在我们不在房间的时候擅自进入我们的房间,女人的衣服扔在床上,被我发现后,他们没给任何解释,就逃走了,想起来很可怕。 1. The air conditioner in the room was broken. I went to the front desk on the seventh floor to ask for repairs. The young male waiter at the front desk had a bad attitude and said that it could not be repaired. What a bad attitude. 2. I wanted to delay check-out until 14:00. The front desk clerk on the seventh floor checked in front of the computer for a long time and said it was not possible. Your hotel requires guests to check in at three o'clock, and the guest wants to delay check-out until two o'clock, why not? 3. The male waiter took a strange woman with a ladder and entered our room without permission when we were not in the room. The woman’s clothes were thrown on the bed. After I found out, they ran away without any explanation. It’s scary to think about it.

At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We have discussed the mentioned situation with our colleagues regarding broken air conditioning - another room was offered as we could not fix the problem on that day since maintenance was already gone and the solution was declined. They did enter the room the next day to take a look at the issue in the room, which is why there were other employees present in the room. We do understand that the situation was quite unfortunate although we were only trying to fix the reported issue.
