Male. Upgrade così mi è stato detto ma la camera era una camera normale. Pessima la gestione di ristorante a la carte e bar. Personale non competente al bar e regolarmente solo nella sala ristorante a la carte. Mezz’ora per poter chiedere un conto.

We would like to clarify that a standard room was originally booked for your reservation, and as a gesture of goodwill and subject to availability upon arrival, you were provided with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room category. We are sorry if your expectations regarding the upgrade were different, and that we were not able to offer a higher category room at that time. We are also truly sorry that the service in the bar and à la carte restaurant did not meet the level you expected. We especially regret the long waiting time, as this is certainly not the impression we wish our guests to have. L’hotel è meraviglioso con moltissime piscine sia dentro che fuori. Noi siamo stati con tre bambini di diverse età e ognuno di loro ha gradito la vacanza di 3 notti. Non parliamo poi del cibo (colazione e cena) abbiamo mangiato divinamente, era tutto buonissimo e tantissimo. Colgo l’occasione di ringraziarvi per tutto e ci vediamo presto sicuramente.
