Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. At Adagio Malta Central we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and we sincerely apologize for our failure to meet these expectations during your stay. We pride ourselves on offering comfortable, modern accommodation at reasonable prices, with extras such as balconies available on request. The pictures show rooms with and without balcony in the same room category. Our Front Office Staff suggested you to upgrade to a Superior Room since the balcony was important for you, this was obviously not an option for you. Though we understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback, granting a 1/10 for each point, such as cleanliness, Internet connection... we consider your review as a severe punishment.
