В хамаме запах плесени В бассейне на дне есть грязь в детском не глубоком По углам номера есть волосы Персонал не сообщил о приветственных напитках Прям до последней минуты не могли решить возможен ли поздний выезд, хоть гостиница пустая, а у меня silver левел При заезде не работала кофе машина

Regarding the pool, after periods of strong wind, fine debris from the surrounding environment can occasionally affect the water surface and pool floor. Our team performs regular cleaning cycles throughout the day where possible to maintain hygiene standards and water quality. Concerning the hammam, we would like to reassure you that it is maintained and cleaned according to strict procedures, and the scent you experienced is linked to the essential oils used in the wellness area, which are part of the standard spa atmosphere. Late check-out is always offered subject to availability on the day of departure as it depends on occupancy levels and operational planning. With regard to the coffee machine, our team is always available to assist guests on request, and we are pleased that assistance was provided during your stay to ensure it was functioning correctly. As for housekeeping details and welcome amenities, we take these comments seriously and will review them with the relevant teams to ensure our standards are consistently applied and communicated. Отличный небольшой отель в первой линии. Был в марте и очень удобно после заплыва в еще холодном море сразу пойти в сауну, вход в которую непосредственно с пляжной зоны. Особо хочу отметить персонал отеля, обслуживание на высшем уровне вежливости и желании сделать отдых самым лучшим. Особенно хочу выделить Людмилу из СПА - она к каждому клиенту относится, как мама с наивысшей заботой и вниманием!

Уютный дизайн и интерьер отеля. Доброжелательный персонал. Имеется бесплатная парковка. Останавливались на одну ночь. Смогли посетить сауну. Утром выезжали очень рано, не смогли воспользоваться завтраком. На ресепшене предложили нам заказать с вечера ланч боксы.
