Please allow us to clarify a few points in a constructive manner. Regarding the pool, after periods of strong wind, fine debris from the surrounding environment can occasionally affect the water surface and pool floor. Our team performs regular cleaning cycles throughout the day where possible to maintain hygiene standards and water quality. Concerning the hammam, we would like to reassure you that it is maintained and cleaned according to strict procedures, and the scent you experienced is linked to the essential oils used in the wellness area, which are part of the standard spa atmosphere. Late check-out is always offered subject to availability on the day of departure as it depends on occupancy levels and operational planning. With regard to the coffee machine, our team is always available to assist guests on request, and we are pleased that assistance was provided during your stay to ensure it was functioning correctly. As for housekeeping details and welcome amenities, we take these comments seriously and will review them with the relevant teams to ensure our standards are consistently applied and communicated.
