Very disappointing experience, location is not convenient, beach is ugly and welcome as platinum customer has been forgotten

The sea view room size is great. It has a terrace with a decent size. The room is generally good and well designed. Breakfast has a good selection of food as well. The only issue I had is the insects/ flies in the room which sometimes get quite annoying. Will be great if the pest control is improved.

Staff were exceptional, food excellent Bedrooms lovely, could have done with more books in the bathroom and a bath mat for inside the shower
