I’ve read the previous guest reviews, and everything they say is true – it’s brilliant. The breakfasts and service are Top!. Maybe things don’t always run smoothly at the pool bar, but that’s acceptable. A huge thank you to Ms Katarzyna, who does her very best to keep everything running smoothly! The only downside was not being able to extend my stay by two hours on the day of departure; I wanted to spend some more time on the beach before my evening flight, but the receptionist said the hotel was full – which is strange, as I could still book a room on the Accor website (how one thing can affect and ruin the whole stay), and I’d asked about it on the 3rd, 2nd and 1st day before departure and was told there wouldn’t be a problem!

We are, however, sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the late check-out request. While we always do our very best to accommodate late departures whenever operationally possible, these requests can only be confirmed based on room availability and housekeeping requirements on the day of departure. Although rooms may still appear available for sale online, this does not necessarily mean that a late check-out can be granted, as room allocations, arrival schedules, category availability, maintenance planning, and operational requirements must all be taken into consideration. We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly given your evening flight. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay and sincerely thank you for choosing our hotel. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Roadworks aside I had a great stay with the Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort with good facilities and wonderful staff, and magnificent cats.
