After being house bound for nearly two months I needed some time out and had very specific needs. I couldn’t have asked for more, I had 24 hours of feeling near normal again. My room totally met my need given I’m limited with mobility at the moment. Great views of the water, and when it came to room service I was helped out to the max. I had both a late lunch and dinner and both were brilliant and served to my room with care. Check in and out were easy. Thank you so much for giving me some much needed time out during a difficult time! I’ll definitely be back!

Nightclub music across from hotel goes ALLLL night long

The nightclub nearby plays music all Saturday night. WHO IS SERIOUSLY PARTYING ALL NIGHT IN DEVONPORT!?!. It completely ruins any sleep you thought you might get in what is otherwise a lovely quiet sleepy town. Rooms are clean and tidy. Modern. Basic. Comfy beds. But THAT nightclub.

Was a great motel.in the hearr of devonport. Grand service room goid especially the sesea view balcony loved the spit and the valet parking too great staff friendly and valet parking is fabulous hghly recommended by myself again loved it 😀 will go again

Perfect placed hotel, near everything. Staff are amazing and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights in the top suite. Room wasn't cleaned in that time. I did extend 1 day before original booking and it may have confused them. We decided on room service for the first night, for what you pay, the food did not blow me away. A few issues, which they fixed quickly and offered an alternate dish. Breakfast was very basic, normal buffet options. We had to wait for plates and when they brought some out they were small as all the bigger once where being cleaned. Again for what you pay, not the best. Considering I am Gold status with Accor, no recognition recieved. I have stayed there previously and there was not one issue. I will stay again.

As locals from nearby Launceston we decided to try out the new Novotel. We were not disappointed in any way. We elected to stay in the king executive suite which gave us a room on level 6 with expansive views over the mouth of the River Mersey, Bass Strait and also from the posterior windows a view south to the mountains. Check in was friendly and easy. The room was very well appointed with a separate lounge area, a private balcony and a large palatial bathroom with a nice deep bath. The bed was very comfy and the room quiet. The only onsite parking is the $25 night valet parking service. Buffet breakfast was delicious with very good choices. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay in and one we will revisit soon.
