一、卫生状况堪忧 1、岛上水质系统存在严重问题,浴缸的水为黄色、部分洗手池的水为黄色。 2、房屋内部分杯子未清洗,杯口有明显唇印、指印,显然未进行清洗。 3、毛巾、枕套存在血印、黑印等污渍。 4、防蚊虫措施未到位,蚊子、苍蝇、小虫子在房屋和餐厅均有出现。 二、工作人员配比不足 1、没有专职开车的工作人员,导致响应不及时、管家工作量过大。建议聘请人员专门开车,让管家能更高效专门对接旅客。 三、设施设备问题 1、部分自行车存在没有刹车、座椅高度无法调节的问题,建议更换。 2、建议屋内增加驱蚊水、驱蚊设备等,以便旅客应对蚊子。 3、建议屋内增加乳胶枕,以便满足旅客不同的睡眠需求。 4、建议屋内增加防晒用品等,以便满足旅客的防晒需求。

Dear Yi C., We regret to learn that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your observations regarding cleanliness, room supplies, bicycles, and pest control have been shared with the respective teams for review and follow-up to ensure standards remain consistent across the island. Regarding the water quality mentioned, our resort operates a desalination and filtration system maintained to international standards, with water quality tested periodically to ensure safety and compliance. We have not recorded similar recent feedback; however, your comments have been forwarded to our Engineering team for inspection and verification as a precautionary measure. With respect to mosquitoes and insects, please note that regular island fumigation and pest-control measures are carried out as part of our ongoing environmental management practices; however, given the tropical island setting, occasional insects may still be encountered. We also note your suggestions regarding breakfast variety, room amenities, and additional facilities. Guest feedback such as yours is valuable as we continue reviewing ways to enhance comfort and facilities for a diverse international clientele. 还可以,泄湖超美的可以看到三色海,不过鱼很少。饮食也还ok,如果多点中餐就更好了。
