Regarding the water quality mentioned, our resort operates a desalination and filtration system maintained to international standards, with water quality tested periodically to ensure safety and compliance. We have not recorded similar recent feedback; however, your comments have been forwarded to our Engineering team for inspection and verification as a precautionary measure. With respect to mosquitoes and insects, please note that regular island fumigation and pest-control measures are carried out as part of our ongoing environmental management practices; however, given the tropical island setting, occasional insects may still be encountered.
