Ci dispiace, invece, che le dimensioni del bagno non abbiano soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Per quanto riguarda il Suo status Gold Accor, comprendiamo la Sua delusione. Gli upgrade sono sempre soggetti alla disponibilità al momento del check-in e, purtroppo, durante il Suo soggiorno non è stato possibile assegnare una categoria di camera superiore. Ci scusiamo se questo Le ha dato l'impressione di non aver ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dal programma fedeltà. Prendiamo inoltre nota della Sua osservazione sul costo del parcheggio. Il prezzo è in linea con le tariffe della zona e con i servizi offerti, ma comprendiamo che possa essere percepito come elevato.
