This is the first time I have come here! The staff were very friendly and nice! I definitely come back and highly recommend you guys to come. You can still come here to take pictures and give drinks if you do not stay at the resort😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

Do not go in the rainy season. Pathetic shuttle service to the rooms

It was the rainy season the buggy/ shuttle service was pathetic, because the rooms are further out from the main reception and Resturant. With a kid it was impossible to just walk to the building which our room was in and it took forever to get the shuttle. The hotel staff is acting as if they are immune to this challenge. It was very disappointing.

Excellent stay as a first-timer in the hotel and in Dalat!

First off, we took a flight from HCMC to DLI airport. The airport is roughly 24km away from the resort. We booked a Grab ride (around 15 USD one-way). It was about 35-45 minutes drive from airport to the resort with windows down and cool, fresh air on your face. That’s one thing to note in Dalat, since the climate is temperate all throughout the year, air-conditioning is rarely used in cars. They emailed me before our arrival for any pre-arrival requests. I appreciate their tip on which taxi to book if we’re going to book taxis and the expected price point from the airport to the resort. Second, upon arrival we were wowed by the hotel architecture. It’s like being transported in France during their more luxurious eras. A chandelier at the center caught my attention and as we sat in comfortable chairs, I noticed how much attention went into the details of the place. There’s a replica of the Titanic ship farther along the lobby. Check-in: it was fast and efficient with a welcome drink ready at hand. Our reservation was discussed including the breakfast inclusions and where the restaurant is. We were whisked away in a buggy and to our room. Our room was in villa number 6, which is in the other compound of the resort. The entire resort with French villas felt like we were in a palace with manicured lawns and lush gardens. It was so dreamy. Room: the room was spectacular. It was beautifully designed with soft curves in corners of bathroom handles. The bedroom was cozy and homey; the bathroom was wonderfully done with drapes that you can pull down for privacy. Yes, they have air-conditioning. It goes as low as 23 degrees Celsius, which at night can act like your heater since the temp outside can go down as low as 15 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was excellent with a corner for local Dalat cuisine. It’s extensive and they make excellent Bun Bo Hue. Staff are warm and welcoming all throughout. Service is prompt when we requested for toiletries. They also assisted us in communicating with the tour guide for our planned tour during the stay. We took Grab rides to get around. It’s cheap and safe. Our typical fare from the resort to the Dalat Night Market is less than US$2. Overall, it was a great stay and will stay here again the next time we’re in Dalat.

This was our second time in the French Chateau styled luxurious Mercure Dalat Resort. And our stay was, to put it quite simply, exceptional. We were so kindly upgraded to the sprawling Executive Suite by Van, the Front Office Manager. Our suite had a balcony with a view to swoon over. Van went out of her way to ensure our stay was exceptional. She kept checking in to see that we were happy and well taken care of. Outstanding breakfast and dinner at Deux Amant restaurant. When we went for dinner at Deux Amant, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting the fantastic Anh Tran, the restaurant manager. Anh was simply amazing in the way she took care of us at dinner, taking extra care of our culinary preferences. Next morning at breakfast, Anh was waiting for us and just made our breakfast experience so amazing. Van and Anh Tran are truly great ambassadors of Mercure Dalat Resort. The Resort itself is so romantic, stylish and really huge. Roses are everywhere in the resort. They recommended a fantastic day tour called the 3 Waterfalls Tour and it was a fabulous day out for us in Dalat. Cant wait to stay again at the Mercure Dalat. Thank You so much Van and Anh Tran. You both really made our anniversary stay in Dalat just perfect. Heartfelt Appreciation.

After a tiring day at work, Da Lat is a great destination for vacations. The rainy season is occurring now, which is a bit depressing but still lovely. The atmosphere of Mercure Da Lat is cozy and romantic, bringing us a sense of peace and relaxation. The garden is filled with flowers and has been meticulously cared for. Walking around and taking in the fresh air here is a truly relaxing experience. It would be great if you could come here once to experience this wonderful thing if it’s feasible.
