I cannot speak highly enough of the staff that looked after us at La Cigale Hotel they made our stay here at this beautiful place a great experience. Especially want to thank Mahana and Moafaz at Front Desk when we arrived after a long flight. Also the boys at concierge. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

I had lost my credit card and the hotel staff Raffik helped to find it. He called many places(taxi, airport,etc.), and did hard work on it. I deeply appreciate his service. Thank you so much! (By the way, this is my wife's ID. I'm Policarpo who stayed in the hotel on Nov. 3rd)

La Cigalone is my go-to breakfast spot every weekend! The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is just right to start the day. Porosh goes above and beyond, making sure everyone is taken care of, even during the busy weekends. His hands-on approach and attention to detail truly make a difference. Highly recommended!
