В вашем отеле на ресепшене , работают недоброжелательные парни , которые не пытаются помочь .Если вам нужна дополнительная информация вы можете связаться со мной по телефону +357 95…. Так же были оставлены детские вещи . Если к Вас есть информация о них прошу помочь ( теплые штаны и спортивный джемпер командная форма )

This hotel was a very positive experience. When we booked we where a bit in doubt about the location but it turned out to be fine even though it is not in the city centre. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Only challenge was what seemed like lack of staff during breakfast one morning.

This is a nice 5 stars hotel in Sofia. We will surely come back as everything was fine, but breakfast should be improved with fresh and better quality products.

Not in the center but in a calm area a quite nice hotel we had a large room with good bathroom which is separated by a curtain but was quite big and great shower. Toilet was separate. Breakfast is quite good and more then enough in a nice setting and that is the bar as well which was ok. They have nice pool not big which was quite good and empty on Friday but Saturday / Sunday morning was full of a kids in swimming school which I did not find nice and was very crowded and loud. The spa is so so, first sauna I saw where you are not allowed to put water on the heater and the steam one was out of use. But was otherwise calm. Is not expensive and bus / metro are not far so easy to go to airport or center and cheap.

We’ve noted your comments about the spa and will work on improvements, please note that the steam bath was out of order for a very short period due to a serious malfunction and it is already available for our guest to enjoy. Thank you so much to the reservation team (I believe it was Natalia if I am not mistaken) for giving me such a great room upgrade with a garden view! The room was very comfortable, the mattress is so convenient, the food (especially fish) during the breakfast was so delicious!
