Novotelの宿泊は3回目でしたが、チェックイン時にオーバーブッキングで部屋が用意できないと言われました。レセプションスタッフより近くのホテルをアレンジするから座って待ってくれと言われ、待つこと2時間。その間、ドリンクのオファーが1度あっただけ。結局、Novotelで部屋が用意できたと告げられました。この2時間はなんだったのか、既に20時を過ぎていたため、非常に無駄で疲れる経験でした。このような場合、食事の割引クーポンなどをホテル側が用意すると期待したのですが、当ホテルでは謝罪の言葉だけで、それ以上のサービスはありませんでした。客室内は、歯ブラシやスリッパ、テッシュなどのアメニティグッズはありません。以前は用意されていたと思うのですが、値段の割にサービスが釣り合っていないと感じました。Accorのホテルチェーンは、昔から好きで他国でもよく利用しています。しかし、Novotel Kinshasaはサービスが改善されない限り、利用しないと思います。
