Perfect accommodation! Every detail thought out to better meet guests' expectations, staff education, wonderful swimming pools, shows at Cabaret do Chico, view from the room, the decades-old tree being preserved and beautiful... Everything was beautiful and perfect, but what caught my attention the most and will certainly never forget is the smell of the lobby, simply unforgettable. Unique experience .

The way this hotel is run - starting with management presents major problems. Between disorganization and lack of communication between management and staff, rooms smelling like marijuana, door locks breaking, leaks in the hotel, and overall age showing all over the hotel- this fairmont does NOT hold up to the standards of what I would expect. Especially for the exorbitant amount of money that we spent on this hotel.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your recent trip. Our goal is to provide every guest with a wonderful experience, and we're disappointed to learn that wasn't the case for you. We offer our sincere apologies if the service you received was anything short of exceptional. Also, we're very sorry if our commitment to maintaining pristine accommodations didn't shine through during your visit and for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We can assure you that what you have described is not typical of a visit to our property. Nevertheless, your comments have been duly noted and will be discussed with our team.

We were all disappointed! Multiple issues required significant management training and interventions: 1. Your employees were not accommodating, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, where we had breakfast almost every day. 2-Shower door was not closing, and water was gushing out of the shower! 3-Food at the restaurant had no variety, something every day!

Estuve el pasado viernes en este hermoso lugar y la pasé espectacular, desde la comodidad, espacio, accesibilidad, comida y bebida. El personal muy atento en especial el Sr Juan A Nieves que tuvo un trato excepcional. Todas las preguntas fueron contestadas por ese servidor tan amable. Esperemos mi familia y yo poder regresar pronto y que los empleados sean igualmente increíbles.

El San Juan Hotel Isla Verde Mai più 690524538 Oltre a non rispecchiare le immagini sulle foto perché sporco e veramente piccolo, un mese dopo essere rientrate in Italia ci hanno addebitato delle spese assurde senza motivo. Abbiamo dovuto contattare il sito di Booking che ci ha dato ragione ma stiamo ancora aspettando dopo mesi il rimborso che sembra non vogliamo farci. Mai più Un vero schifo
