Mrs. Seiji, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. While I am pleased to hear that you found the front desk service welcoming and that your overall stay was comfortable, I am truly sorry for the issues you experienced during your visit. Please accept my sincere apologies regarding the restroom door maintenance issue, as well as the disappointing experience you had at our bar. The level of hospitality and professionalism you described is not reflective of the standards we strive to provide. I am especially sorry that you felt rushed and uncomfortable during service, and that there was confusion surrounding the welcome drink ticket and billing. Your comments have been shared with our leadership team so we can address these concerns directly with the bar staff and review the service and communication provided during your visit. We truly appreciate you recognizing the team member who made a positive impression, and we will ensure that acknowledgment is passed along as well. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and I regret that it left you feeling unwilling to return.
