1.酒店的Gold Lounge and Pool不明原因关闭,但是在酒店网站或是预定时没有任何提示。 2.前台接待时候一位男士告知由于Gold Lounge关闭,下午茶改为在楼顶Provok使用。后来又来了一位女士,说下午茶在pool使用。当天下午我们去了楼顶的日本餐厅,没有营业。后面去了G层的DOME,询问在哪里使用下午茶。DOME的女士把我们带去了Pool,然后我等待了半个小时,服务员上了一盘咖喱角和一盘芝士薄饼。我询问这个是下午茶吗,服务生说由于Gold Lounge关闭,没有下午茶提供,这些零食小吃就是替代。 3.当我退房时,才被告知下午茶是在Raffles提供。 4.我认为Gold Lounge是Fairmont Hotel 品牌的标志性设置,是品牌的奢华灵魂不可缺少的一部份。在毫无通知的情况下关闭是令人匪夷所思和失望的。 5.退房时一位男性的经理接待的我,开始和他说话时他只盯着电脑,不看我,态度冷漠。 6.晚间鸡尾酒时光提供的餐布是脏的。 温馨建议: 1.在关键设施关闭之前,需要在各种平台进行必要的通知。 2.所以酒店设施的信息可以印刷在客人欢迎信里,或者编辑为二维码供客人参阅。 3.酒店团队需要做好统一的培训并将酒店暂时性的替代措施整理给客人。 在这个困难时刻,前往多哈是一件很不容易的事情。我的行程由于时局的原因被取消或者更改超过10次,但是我依旧选择前往,因为我对多哈费尔蒙酒店有很高的期待,但是这次的体验实在是令人过于失望了。

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and confusion you experienced during your stay. We truly regret the unclear communication surrounding the Gold Lounge closure, the inconsistencies you encountered, as well as the service approach that did not meet the standards you rightfully expect from us. As an alternative during this period, afternoon refreshments were arranged at the pool, while Golden Hour benefits were offered at Provok. Unfortunately, our team did not communicate this clearly and mistakenly directed you to several locations. This confusion stemmed from a mix-up with the signature afternoon tea experience of the Raffles Malaki Lounge. We are very sorry for this oversight, and we fully acknowledge that the lack of clarity and guidance you experienced was unacceptable. Please also accept our apologies for the manner in which you were treated by some members of the team, particularly during check-out. Guest interactions should always be warm, attentive, and respectful, and we regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Additionally, we are concerned to learn about the cleanliness of the tablecloths during the evening cocktail hour. Cleanliness and presentation are non-negotiable standards for us, and this matter has been addressed internally. Your feedback has been taken very seriously. These points have been discussed with the relevant teams, and refresher training has been reinforced to ensure clearer communication, improved service etiquette, and higher attention to detail across all guest touchpoints. We are equally sorry that your journey to Doha was already challenging, and that your stay did not live up to the high expectations you had for Fairmont Doha. We sincerely thank you for your loyalty as a Diamond member, which we truly value. If you would allow us the opportunity to welcome you back should you visit Doha again, it would be our pleasure to do so. 第二次来卡塔尔,以白金会员身份入住。相比上次在对面酒店的初阶会员身份入住,本次度假体验整体更优。 酒店位置独特,设施很新,金色主调的装修风格极具美感。入住时收获了意外的惊喜升级,海景极佳,这让我们的蜜月旅行变得更加完美,感谢酒店的慷慨。 酒廊环境雅致,早餐与 HH 的餐食走的是精选路线。有趣的一个细节是:酒廊提供的 Shakshuka 是经典的水煮做法,与主餐厅 Vaya! 那种碎蛋版形成了鲜明对比,可以体验到厨艺的多样性。 Vaya! 餐厅的早餐体验良好,种类尚可,但午餐的选择相对较少。另外,顶楼 Provok 酒吧因中途遇上斋月开始,我们仅在前夜体验了欢迎饮品与部分小吃,Masala Library 也一直处于关闭状态,未能深度尝试,略感可惜。 全体工作人员表现得非常热情且专业,无论是金尊团队,Vaya! 的服务人员,还是客房服务与设施维修团队,诉求处理效率很高。 但在服务衔接与管理细节上,有几点遗憾需要指出: 1-服务闭环缺失:由于入住中途恰逢斋月开始,我曾两次向前台索要金尊设施的时间表更新(刚入住时给了非斋月的版本)。工作人员虽答应制作完成后送至房间,但直到离店也未收到。这种基础信息的承诺落空,不应出现在费尔蒙的水准中。 2-行前沟通:酒店 info 邮件的回复速度不稳定且体感刻板。对于高阶会员的特殊行程咨询,反馈缺乏灵活性,体感更偏向程序化的“交易”。当然,抵达后酒店团队的热情弥补了部分行前沟通的缺憾。 3-系统衔接: 首日进入酒廊时,系统未能及时识别身份,导致了不必要的核实与沟通成本,建议优化内部信息流转效率。 4-硬件维护: 金尊泳池底部的马赛克瓷砖存在较多的细微破损,建议及时修缮以维持费尔蒙一贯的顶级安全与视觉水准。
