We truly regret the unclear communication surrounding the Gold Lounge closure, the inconsistencies you encountered, as well as the service approach that did not meet the standards you rightfully expect from us. As an alternative during this period, afternoon refreshments were arranged at the pool, while Golden Hour benefits were offered at Provok. Unfortunately, our team did not communicate this clearly and mistakenly directed you to several locations. This confusion stemmed from a mix-up with the signature afternoon tea experience of the Raffles Malaki Lounge. We are very sorry for this oversight, and we fully acknowledge that the lack of clarity and guidance you experienced was unacceptable. Please also accept our apologies for the manner in which you were treated by some members of the team, particularly during check-out. Guest interactions should always be warm, attentive, and respectful, and we regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Additionally, we are concerned to learn about the cleanliness of the tablecloths during the evening cocktail hour. Cleanliness and presentation are non-negotiable standards for us, and this matter has been addressed internally. Your feedback has been taken very seriously.
