ホテルに到着してすぐに、エントランスが非常に特徴的で目を奪われる。そして、部屋のある階に到着すると、廊下及び部屋の入り口の装飾の素晴らしさに感動した。 もちろん、部屋もとても個性的かつ特に女性受けの良い内装であった。もっと広い部屋に泊まったこともあるが、今までで一番気に入った。 最後に、部屋から見える海及びビル群の景色は、ドーハの素晴らしさを感じ取れる最高のものであった。 次はいつ泊まろかと、今からワクワクしています。

いつも素晴らしい快適な空間を提供くださりありがとうございます！ 今回5回目のスイートに滞在しました。いつもクレッセントスイート以上のカテゴリーに宿泊します。しかし毎回ながらチェックイン時に「滞在は初めてですか?」と尋ねられる。それは改善して欲しい点です。

That said, I would like to sincerely apologise for the shortcomings you experienced, particularly the lack of follow-through in communication and the manner in which the situation was handled at the desk.
