A beautiful property. Nice room. Was upgraded to a room with view of the Dong Feng Yun Theme Park. Thank you. Sprite from the Bell Desk was helpful with the arrangement of buggy transportation within the hotel. Some miscommunications on payment. Staff at reception did not respond promptly. Thus causing lots of tension on check out. This should not have happened at a five star property. Any issues on room payment should be resolved upon check in. Henry from the hotel communicating me afterwards. He is definitely more professional. Thank you. The restaurants in the hotel are good. Especially the Chinese restaurant. Delicious food and fast serving. Ella (I hope I got her name correct. Anyway she was on duty at 1pm - 2pm on 25th March) did well. She is patient and friendly throughout even when some guests were rushing her at some point. The service in the western restaurant was slow. Food was above average. Server was polite as expected. Only one therapist in the spa. Making it difficult to book for a group. She accommodated me by coming to work early. Thank you. Overall a good stay. Would have given it a 5 stars if not for the miscommunication of the room payment at check out. Recommended.

弥勒最出名的弥勒米线.弥勒温泉，来了弥勒不泡温泉等于白来，此次行程就是温泉，选择有室外温泉的酒店，室内泡池容易晕，不太喜欢公共泡池。经过对比最终入住雅高旗下的美憬阁，酒店离高铁站10分钟左右，打车15元以内。就在东风韵旁，酒店客人可凭房卡24小时随意进出景区。免门票，还有免费观光车。整个酒店有5栋楼，每栋楼各有特色。一号楼一楼是大厅和自助餐厅，5号和6号楼离景区最近。如果没订泡池房建议住一号楼吃早餐晚餐方便而且一号楼拍照最好看。这次我住的是6号楼带泡池的房间，冰箱里的饮料免费，喝完第二天还能免费补。他家室外泡池很大又隐私。早晨还有小松鼠来院里，整个酒店的温泉都是真温泉一点不掺假，不限次数放水。水温最高45度，水质滑滑的，泡完身上都是滑的。 早餐品种不多但该有的都有，推荐他家米线加点卤鸡味道绝了。晚餐我们在酒店西餐厅用餐，价格公道。美团上有代金券85购100的券一次能用一张，还有套餐。我们单点，披萨是手工披萨味道还可以，就是奶油意面，一点味道没有我加了好多盐巴和胡椒粉勉强吃完。总体来说这个酒店还是很值得打卡的，如果喜欢拍照的可以闭眼入，酒店拍照不用排队，人少景比东风韵美。

弥勒东风韵美憬阁精选酒店是一家开在弥勒东风韵景区里的酒店。 酒店的红砖外墙和景区融为一体，和景区仅一河之隔。 住酒店可免景区门票，还赠送景区电瓶车票和一份旅拍券，随时出入，很方便。 酒店有五栋楼，每一栋都带着不同景观的小花园，很有特色，第1栋包含了餐厅，前台，酒吧，第5栋是最美的，用草坪拼成的国际象棋造型景观。 房间很舒适，空间布置合理，设施比较智能，各种设备都是电动的。 房间还带小阳台，对面是万花筒建筑群，晚上可以看到景区夜景。 早餐种类丰富，中西餐都有，还有云南特色，米线，饵丝等，口味很不错。 酒店里还有大堂吧，咖啡厅，不同深度的泳池，健身房，娱乐区。 泳池很干净，正对万花筒，景色很棒。 总体入住体验很满意，很适合家庭入住。#酒店推荐 #度假酒店 #亲子酒店推荐 #发现宝藏酒店 #云南旅游攻略 #云南旅游

位于景区内，风景漂亮，餐饮服务好特别早餐厅的服务很贴心，天气冷，还送了暖心姜茶，早餐品种也很丰富，酒吧的鸡尾酒很有特色。甜品口味很好，推荐大家来打卡

Such a beautiful place, we arrived in the evening and were taken a back by the hospitality (particularly the concierge - Eleven). The design of the hotel is breathtaking, which offer some fantastic picture opportunities. My children love the place and we will be coming back.
