Lovely hotel experience! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The amenities are very beautiful. Would recommend to stay at this hotel, especially for the Safari nearby.

Excellent customer care, rooms comfort and staff flexibility. Also, the room accommodated our request for a bonfire in the garden, which was appreciated.

Excellent service from conference room, to pool and sauna, to a comfortable bed. Please air the rooms more. Ensure, at all times, that the food is tasty. The food today and yesterday improved. The first day was disappointing...

This is a 4 star property in Nyagatare, over two hours drive from Kigali, in the fresh plains of Estern Rwanda. But it's not this or the nice amd spacious rooms that make this hotel great, it's the people. The customer service is excellent and well coordinated. You feel you're looked after. The kids are entertained by basketball, tennis and a steaming pool, and guess what a kids room with toys, etc.
