This is a 4 star property in Nyagatare, over two hours drive from Kigali, in the fresh plains of Estern Rwanda. But it's not this or the nice amd spacious rooms that make this hotel great, it's the people. The customer service is excellent and well coordinated. You feel you're looked after. The kids are entertained by basketball, tennis and a steaming pool, and guess what a kids room with toys, etc.

Hello Epic Hotel, thank you for your hospitality, I really enjoyed staying at your hotel, the room was beautiful, so clean, and custom service was amazing big improvement from last time. But during this season of Christmas we need more entertainment in the hotel, because there is no match to do in Nyagatare, so we need something to keep us occupied. Other than that, the management did a wonderful service to make sure that we are satisfied. Definitely I will come back.

Excellent service and a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout our 2 days at the hotel. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. A great place to stay in Rwanda—highly recommended.
