The hotel is a complete mess! I’ve been to three different Pullman hotels in other countries before and this hotel is the worst of all. No culture at all, the personnel of the hotel doesn’t say hello, the reception guy asks only what do you want?’ The room is very dirty! No robes, no wi-if, the iron doesn’t work, all the floor wast vacuumed al our stay. Before the check in we asked for the welcome card and maybe the present cause it was our wedding anniversary- nothing was done. The spa and the pool - wet, extremely dirty, broken ladders, broken beach beds - so a disaster!!!

this hotel is one of the best hotels in the city, but you have to sure room service will do the job correctly. sometimes on cleaning time they will not do the job completely for charging room facilities, like water , Coffee , dental kit , towels and more. reception is always busy, breakfast experience give note more than 4/10, in room dinning service is very poor and internet speed is slow with all of this matters this hotel is one of Istanbul firsts actually i have compare this Pullman with others in world

Super Great stay in a super great hotel and super great team. Starting from the great welcome of Irem n continuous support to make it great and celebrating our marriage anniversary. Semih who is a mestro leading a team even if he is working in a full day of double shifts. Making our choice to food like we wanna go no where except to stay there, waw! Cam who is Irem's manager who really help to the max as I was having 3 or 4 bookings to be continued in the same place. Israfeil, Hilal, Kazim, Jansu making it happen trouble shooting and helping to the most. and finally sweet n cream Sehan n Buhtan.

We spent a fantastic time !!! The staff are very friendly and helpfull.. Spécial Thanks to Mr Iffuk of conciergerie, big Thanks also to Mr CEM restaurant waiter, and AYSEGŪL at front desk.. Thanks a lot to you all.. cosy hôtel, delicious foods and friendly team .. For shopping the hôtel is just at 15 mn ( 6 euros to pay to a taxi ). to Mall of Istanbul … Starcity Mall is just at 5 mn on walk from the hôtel… Very Nice hôtel We will be back very soon

stayed 4 days earlier this week and nothing worked. Checked back in for one day passing through today and have spent all day trying to get the air conditioner to work. Staff is indifferent. Been to desk twice and people are devoid of customer service skills. Those are the facts. They sure don't have a manager but a lot of millennials running the front desk. Soooo absurd.

I am very happy of my staying at Pullman Istanbul Hotel. Also, it was great that ALL Platinum clients are upgraded. Rooms are great and clean. Restaurant service is very good and prices are not so expensive. Special thanks to IPEK Hanim who was very helpfull during our staying, it was a pleasure to meet her and to be welcomed, helped by her.

Remember this name as this is best hotel in Istanbul ! I have stayed several times for several days and honestly I'm so happy I found this place. I will start from check in in the lobby all with help of very nice, very friendly and professional. The rooms were always lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed i have ever slept on! I tried food room service several times as well and in 2o min was delivered to my room ! Overall I had best stay ever in Istanbul and definitely will back there and recommend this peace of heaven in central Istanbul to everyone.

Very cool place, good atmosphere to stay and relax.The people who work hier are also all super efficient and friendly.Pullman is my favorite places in Istanbul.What makes this place special is the people that work there. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

I was preparing (mentally) for a rough week in IST. Trade show. Endless meetings with clients. I chose the Pullman property b/c in previous stays (at other properties) everything was simply perfect. Cleaniness of the room. Amenities. Access to the Executive Lounge...even a super breakfast spread. For the Pullman Istanbul property, not a single one of these boxes gets ticked. Hands down the slowest WiFi I've encountered in quite some time. The maid service stopped refilling Nespresso pellets on the second day and apparently didn't understand the note "PLEASE LEAVE COFFEE" note I left next to the machine. The Executive Lounge was closed and no alternative arrangements were made. :((( Pullman People, please accept this constructive criticism and roll up your sleves and start taking care of your loyal customers....or they will go elsewhere.

I felt like an inferior person. I bought a gift and it was taken from me as I entered the foyer because that gift was available in-house. It is typical of Istanbul. I have stayed in this city many times. Hate it.

In general I can recommend the hotel. The rooms are big and nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.The journey is not so easy due to the location and traffic. At a bar in this hotel class it isn't ok, to have no soda for more than 2 days - but we could manage this problem with other drinks ;-)

Impressive hotel design. Rooms are clean, modern and large. No noise heard even though in the flight path of the airport (my main reason for the stay was the proximity to the airport) . Check in staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

B/F no body to help you. No thea, no cofee. Nothing to drink is proposed to Customer. No lounge and when going to Restaurant, they ask you to pay, what is support to be consummed as 'executive lounge'. I call 5 time the make up the room. Staff don't understand what I am asking for.

From outside and with the first look for the hotel “pullman Istanbul Airport Hotel And convention Center” you can feel the beauty of this property before you go inside and it is clean and so quiet with welcoming staff and good breakfast .The most important thing here it is so near from Ataturk Airport about just few minute and close form the amazing aquarium in Istanbul inside aqua mall about 15 minute also the bath of the suites has jacuzzi and so spacious especially executive suite .......so nice hotel with large lobby.finally go there and feel the comfort . And thanks for all the staff in that hotel really thanks.

Very messy check-in, double, triple deposit on credit card, 3 times the room keys didn't work, so after three tries, we got a new room. Chef must have been changed during the last month, as buffet went from fantastic in June to less then boring in July.

As I had enough time I really didn't fancy staying within the confines of the Airport airside hotel but was unsure how easy the alternative would be. I was pleasantly surprised, even with the additions of the Visa, Taxi fares etc. the overall cost was far cheaper and the whole process easier than I though it would be. Hotel is very good. There was some aircraft noise but not enough to bother me. Breakfast was excellent. Local traffic looks extremely busy but flows ok and both transfers only took a few mins. Would stay again.

30 minutes waiting time at check in No personel in the executive lounge. No personel and no light in executive lounge at breakfast. Demied breakfast in the normal restaurant. Felt as if th hotel was closed. It will be soon probably if this is the standard.

Hotel appears to be very nice but having so many under trained staff let it down. no hotel information in the room information binder and told at reception that there never has been so finding out anything is difficult as each member of staff will give a different answer

It is a nice, beatiful and new build hotel, there are problems related to construction for example since the doors were not installed properly it was not possible to lock the door from inside, simply lack of delicate workmanship. The worst was the antipathic staff, they were like oldschool teachers rather then helpfull hosts. I think it is because it is a new hotel and the location of the hotel was for short stays. But staff needs to remember that Accor is a big group with different hotels, the stay maybe short in this hotel but it makes an unpleasent effect on the overcall group.
