The hotel does not honour loyalty programs. No attempt to acknowledge my ALL PLATINUM STATUS was made. No upgrade, no complimentary welcome drinks, no access to the Executive Lounge. Extra charges for omlet at buffet breakfast; 1st time in a four star hotel. Also, the beverages are well below standard at breakfast. Toiletries in the rooms also week below standard.

can the communication be improved and can I get an explanation for the towel discrimination?

i am trying to get the email address for the manager or the hotel, but to no avail. I am still in the hotel. Have not checked out, but service and staff is quite lacking. I am a guest in your hotel—room 720. Today when I went to use the swimming pool the young lady at the desk of the spa told me to bring my towel from my room. In all my years of traveling never has a 5-star hotel asked that I get my bath towel from my room for use at the pool. Additionally, many guests were swimming in the pool areas and had blue pool towels. I am curious as to what discriminatory policies are being practiced in your hotel. Additionally, she was reluctant to assist. The sauna was not on and she simply left me there after switching on the light, and that too, I had to call her to ask for assistance. Perhaps it is a language barrier issue- but this "coldness" was very discomforting.

Sad hotel with sad staff. I have stayed in Pullman hotels in Asia but this one is filthy and dirty. Breakfast room you are afraid of your bag being stolen and coffee is c grade nescafe. Not even a water glass in bathroom to keep my toothbrush in. Bedlinen 100 % polyester.

This property was built long time ago as a 5-star hotel, but as of today its level doesn't match the original benchmark. Rooms are generally ok - spacious, with a good bed, linen and equipment. At the same time some sockets are broken, out of 3 bulbs only one is emitting light, and mini bar is empty. Spa is rather unattractive - broken taps, doors, tiles and so on, and looks dirty even at the beginning of a day. With that said, the "Vintage" restaurant at the hotel (the only available) deserves special comments. Just don't go there. Making an order takes between 25 and 40 minutes and requires explicit action to catch a waiter, while at least dozen of them is randomly moving around like a swarn of flies without producing a cohesive action. Getting a "soup of a day" takes another half an hour, while arrival of the main course was delayed for yet another half an hour and happened only upon catching a staff member. The dish was already cold as it was stuck on a kitchen. Generally, this a place providing tasteless food and disgusting service at x2 price. Overall, it's like a dying dinosaur. One thing which sported my attention was the way their hotel management system works. Between 4 to 6 staff members band in a coffee kiosk around an ancient cash register machine fixed with sticky tape, surround themselves with heaps of paper, start entering receipts into the machine and print each receipt on a branded sheet of paper. That takes several hours)

the hotel food ıs horrıble THE ENVIROMENTAL DIRTY you can see from outsıde the glass wall facıng the lobby cannot see ınsıde because the glasses are so dırty !!!! ı went to the coffe shop and they force me to take the buffet tellıng me that for a la carde menu shall waıt for 40 mın actually there was not so many people there. they ask me to pay buffet ın advance . they knew that after eatıng ı would refuse to pay the bıll!!! the food so poor only one maın dısh and all sald and apatızers. the food tra keep empty for long tıme people shall ask several tıme before replecement. ı could not eat some fruıt salt becouse was fınıshes and they dıd not replace so as many other foods SERVICE HORRIBLE...... FOOD HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!
