The location is at the center of the town, inside of city centrum mall. They have a very good breakfast with complete variety food, nice place and clean. The personnel is really helpful. Ice cream machine is also available for those who love ice cream.

Great staff, they were kind, friendly and helpful. Both elevators smell very bad. Outside the hotel also smell very bad. The hotel needs to improve maintenance. When we came in, the shower was broken. At certain hours the elevators were jammed, people hearing toward the restaurant on the top of the building

clean room, fragrant pillows and bolsters, cold air conditioning, complete bathroom equipment, shower works well, food in the restaurant is extraordinary. Thanks to all member mercure staff such as Adhi,Naning,Vony. Good job and well done

poor entertainment at the room

i stay for 10 days for business trip and there is poor entertainment at the room : internet speed is very poor, limited tv channel no major channel like HBO, Discovery, AXN etc.. only limited local channel. at second night all tv channel was shut down.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mercure, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The staff were warm and welcoming, but one person who stood out was Voni. Also I had an exceptional dining experience at SkyHouse Rooftop The view of Samarinda city from the 16th to 18th floors is breathtaking, especially during sunset. If you're looking for a hotel that combines excellent facilities with outstanding service, then Hotel Mercure is an excellent choice.
