Not reflecting the Mercure hotel standard as I was hoping for

Unfortunately, this Mercure hotel needs improvement despite the convenient location next to a mall. When we checked in, it took the receptionist a while to get our rooms, and when I got to my room, it was a smoker room. So I came down to have the room replaced by a non-smoker room, the same receptionist (Hasbi) who had helped us with the check-in, was not pleased to help me find the non-smoker as he sighed a lot.

Easily one of the best hotel available on Kalimantan Indonesia. The service, cleanness and river view are superb. Don't forget to visit the rooftop Restaurant and bar while staying here. Located on the heart of Samarinda city make traveling more convinent.

The spacious and comfortable room, equipped with a work desk and a sofa bed, fosters productivity for guests, both in work and relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel's service is excellent and prompt. Laundry results are clean and fragrant. When it comes to dining options, the restaurants on the 5th and 18th floors are a delight for both taste buds and eyes. Additionally, on the ground floor, there's a café offering a variety of beverages and food, along with a cozy atmosphere and friendly, fast service provided by Miss Dhea Aprillia.
