It’s also great to know that our location and amenities, like the water and coffee dispensers, added to your stay. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with housekeeping and your interaction with our team. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we will address this internally to ensure better communication and service. If a housekeeping request was missed despite the sign being placed, we sincerely apologize and will review our processes to prevent this from happening in the future. Regarding the metro noise, we understand that this can be a concern for some guests.
