Siamo stati molto bene all’Ibis Copenaghen. Siamo una famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze di 14 anni. Abbiamo soggiornato in due camere matrimoniali attigue ed è stato molto comodo avere due bagni a disposizione. L’hotel è moderno e molto pulito. Il personale è sempre disponibile e disposto ad aiutare e a risolvere eventuali problemi. Ottima posizione accanto alla metro. L’unico problema riscontrato è la mancata comunicazione tra la reception e il ristorante sui bisogni speciali delle mie figlie celiache, ma il personale del ristorante si è subito attivato per aiutarci. Il suggerimento è una maggiore attenzione alle esigenze speciali degli ospiti segnalate in fase di prenotazione.

Stanze ampie, comode e molto pulite, foto del sito di prenotazione esattamente corrispondenti alla realtà. Bagno pulito e aspirazione funzionante. Personale cortese e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia, ottimi prodotti dolci, salati, caldi, freddi, frutta e verdura, yogurt, latte, pancakes, pane, brioche, salumi e formaggi, salsicce, uova, bacon... The acqua e bevande calde sempre disponibili nella Hall incluse nel prezzo. Piccolo angolo snack, servizio bar e ristorante. Deposito bagagli comodo e utilissimo.

Hotel mette a disposizione acqua/caffè/ tè/ cappuccino. Inoltre abbiamo richiesto un asciugacapelli più potente e subito ci è stato dato. Il personale molto gentile e ci ha suggerito anche cosa fare. As an ALL Gold member, late check-out is indeed one of your membership benefits; however, it is always subject to room availability on the day of departure. When you enquired the evening before, our team explained that we would only be able to confirm availability on the morning of departure once we had a full overview of arrivals, departures, and our housekeeping schedule. When you returned the next morning, we reviewed the occupancy and offered the latest check-out time that we were able to accommodate while ensuring rooms would be ready for arriving guests. We are sorry that this was not the outcome you had hoped for. While we always do our best to fulfil late check-out requests, there are occasions when operational requirements mean we are unable to extend them as much as requested. Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel con la famiglia. La posizione è perfetta perchè è esattamente sotto la fermata della metro di Bella Center che in 10 min ti porta in centro. Camere nuove e bagno piccolo ma confortevole. Manca il bidet ma è difficile trovarlo fuori dall’Italia. Stanza non molto grande ma tutto sommato in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) ci si riusciva a stare. Colazione buona ma non eccellente. Un piccolo contrattempo al check-in (stanza con letti doppi invece che matrimoniale e assenza di culla per bambino piccolo) prontamente risolto dal portiere del turno notturno.

Staff disponibile e gentile , ho viaggiato sola ma non mi è mancato niente . Macchinetta sempre disponibile per caffè e altre bevande , acqua compresa, sempre gratuito, bar h24, pranzo e cena sempre disponibili. Metro vicina per raggiungere ogni parte della città con facilità , bakery all’angolo top. Colazione varia e deliziosa. Niente da dire . Tornerò sicuramente .
