Great hotel right in the heart of Miami Beach

I went to the SLS hotel in Miami Beach to celebrate our company's end of the year. It is true that as well as many other hotels in the area, they need an urgent renovation. However, my experience at the SLS was great! The standard room size was perfect for me since I was traveling by myself but it'd probably feel too small for a couple. The bed was extremely comfortable and service was also excellent, especially the people at the guest relations department. I really hope we will continue celebrating at this cool property for many more years to come!

Pleasant and fabulous experience at the SLS Miami South Beach

I had an astonishingly pleasant and fabulous experience at the SLS Miami South Beach Hotel. The beautiful architecture and prime location are perfect for all types of visitors! The customer service I received was the best I have experienced in the U.S. during all my travels. I especially want to thank Ana and Gerald at the Front Desk for their assistance. Be sure to seek out Fernando, the Concierge, for excellent touring and sightseeing recommendations; his guidance saved me money and enhanced my Miami experience! I would also like to extend my gratitude to Tony, my daily waiter, and Sydney Hansen, the F&B Manager of the restaurant, for their wonderful hospitality. Whether you're travelling for business or leisure, I highly recommend the SLS! Thanks! - Kam, from the U.K.!

Lots of hidden fees, 47 a day parking,150 a day deposit plus 52 a day resort fees

Great property great location lots of hidden fees 150 a night deposit plus 52 a night resort fees non refundable ordering food at the hotel they automatically add 18% gratutiy parking is 47 a day unless you go to a parking deck a mile or 2 away...I feel like I couldn't enjoy my stay like I wanted to for fear of what I was gonna be charged breakfast for 2 people one had no meat he's vegetarian was 57.

Good hotel for business and fun

Enjoyed the stay, friendly staff, Jessy at the bar was super nice, great location. The rooms have a cool design and really nice showers, good water pressure. Nice outdoor space in back and inside if you want to do emails. I booked via AMEX platinum and there were some perks as well.

Outstanding service, great property. I really like the swimming pool and the beach here I recommend this place. I received outstanding service from Ana and Fernando at the front desk as They were very welcoming and professional. Also, as usual Rafaelo was very welcoming and helpful, I also want to thank the staff at the pool, Desiree and Quionis wee phenomenal and Chris at the beach.
