I appreciated the staff and I would like to congratulate them. I particularly appreciated their wonderful welcome, their availability and their professionalism. Sébastien the concierge, was always ready to help, brightened my stay with his almost permanent smile. Anna and Mauricio at the front desk are like Sébastien patient and attentive people... And Mustapha the charming driver. I don't forget the beach staff Christopher. All of these people made my stay magical and although the hotel needs a refresh, they more than made up for it. They deserve the congratulations. I would like to warmly thank them for all their human qualities as well as for their involvement Michèle BOUTEILLOUX

Nice hotel great outdoor bar and pool area. Day party is fun dj that day needed to be a little more up to date but atmosphere was good overall. Rooms arent bad but small, the restaurant indoors seemed no open due the activity level being low. Need to update a little but.

Great hotel good stay here good staff right by the beach with tons of restaurants within walking distance and all the south beach clubs that are still open a short Uber ride away. Wasn’t busy and was a good price and had free caviar by the pool. Thanks

Great place. So much fun!! Nice service and delicious food. Pools are great and service team is clearly focused in customers. A general maintenance would be great....specially now the Delano is being remodelated...original design by Starck is a good example of postmodern interior design

We had a Bachelor Party at the SLS and they treated us great! They were constantly checking on us and had the best customer service we could ask for. Our group of guys had a blast and their pool parties were the cherry on top. AMAZING TIME, thank you SLS!
