Great hotel! Miguel helped us at the front desk and was able to get us into an upgraded room and took great care of us. This place is beautiful!

My experience was nice. The check in was smoothless. Miguel front desk was very friendly. The housemen Eric was very friendly & came very quickly with the extra pillows I requested he even went as far as asking if I needed additional service. I visited the Sky Bar our server Tya was very attentive she smiled straight through serving us. Leola the new Italian restaurant was very nice! The hostess was beyond friendly & even recommended some of the dishes on the menus! Those girls are beautiful! My experience at SLS was wonderful will definitely be back again

Great trip! Be prepared to pay for both food and drink. Hotel was very nice- rent private chairs at the pool over near the waterpark and ask for Charlie Williams as you server. He was awesome!!

From the moment we walked up to the front desk and saw Dereka's huge welcoming smile we knew we had found the right place to start our business research trip to the Bahamas! Dereka welcomed us like an old friend of the family, with warmth and authenticity and humour in equal measure. And gave us a lovely room. We loved everything about our short stay and look forward to coming back soon.
