Our stay at Swissôtel PIK Jakarta was truly magical and unforgettable. We were incredibly touched when the team surprised us with a room upgrade for our honeymoon and even honored us as Guest of the Day. It meant so much to us and made our celebration feel extra special. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully prepared, and you could genuinely feel the effort and care that went into making our stay memorable. From the beautiful setup to the warm service, it was clear that everything was done from the heart, not just as a routine. All the staff went above and beyond to create such a meaningful experience for us, and we are deeply grateful for their kindness and dedication. I was having a wedding night at Swissotel, and booked the Swiss Prestige Suit. It was exceptional, the room was great, already beyond my expectation since we began to enter the room. All the staffs are polite, friendly and really helpful. Then the next day, I had a set course lunch with family at Chinese National, and it was also a wonderful experience. Very glad to have chosen Swissotel as my wedding night stay. Great job, keep up the good work.

It was my first time at the hotel and lost my earrings when I return to my home country. I only contacted them 1 month later to enquire and I was almost certain I will not get it back. However, the unexpected happened! The hotel found my earrings within an hour of contacting their WhatsApp concierge and my friend will be helping me to retrieve and pass to me as he frequents Jakarta. I am so proud to share about this amazing energy of humanity and kindness. I will definitely stay with Swissotel in PIK again!
