Stayed for 4 nights in Feb 2024. Rooms asre ok, clean. Breakfast good. But last night sat down for a glass of wine, and realized that there is really no service at the place. With 10 customers, Thu eve Feb 29th in 2024, the customers of the staff of more than qty of customers are totally ignored. Felt bad. For the attitude. No go for the next visit.

I wasn't sure about the services provided at the hotel. I was there in May 2023 and checked in. One of the staff at the reception was a trainee. She made a mistake, as she took another payment from my card, when I have already paid for the stay. Then I went to my room. She knocked at the door and apologised and brought me some cookies. I told her not to worry, that is fine. She was very apologetic, but I told her not to, as she just took over this job. The staff at the hotel is amazing. Very nice, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go there again, as I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and of course, Katowice is not a Tourist hub. Local flavours and the welcome spirit of the locals impressed me. Thank you team for your nice welcome in May 2023. I will be back to the hotel next year.

Отель свежий, все отлично, hard product в порядке. Над soft product надо поработать, а именно: не всегда стабильный интернет. Самая большая боль, надо логиниться каждые сутки, жутко неудобно. Еще абсолютна дурацкая система с почтой, ресепшн не видит письма, отправленные на адрес отеля. По итогу ни одно из нескольких писем на разные ящики так ничего и не пришло. Заключение: IT службу нужно уволить, просто отвратительно. Завтрак хороший, но совершенно нет разнообразия. Когда живешь две недели это проблема

The hotel is next to the main railway station, has an interesting facade and comfortable beds but this is the end of positive aspects. Extremely average room, even according to my status in All it was upgraded. Long corridor but room itself was relatively small. Hotel was opened or reopened 2-3 years ago but the design is too simple and unpleasant. Beside I got the tub (that I hate) but ordered the room with a walk-in-shower. The only interesting part is the main hall, including restaurant and bar.
