I had a wonderful stay recently at Ibis. The service from start to finish was everything I expected and more, the beds were really comfortable, lovely hot shower. The breakfast in the morning served by Liz was brilliant! I have a few dietary requests but nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to going back.

Me and my partner went to a wedding nearby, and stayed here. Staff gave a very warm welcome. For the price, you get everything you need and a bit more, the bed was super comfy after a night of dancing. Breakfast was lovely. If in the area again, would definitely go back.

I recently stayed here had a lovely stay, very clean. Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the town, prime location. The staff was very friendly and extremely attentive. Will definitely be saying at this hotel again!

Tired despite a refurb and doesn’t feel hugely safe to stay here and arrive late at night due to having to park in a dinghy multi storey car park. Room was also full of flies? Breakfast was adequate. Staff weren’t all together clued up. Won’t be rushing back.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The hotel hasn't actually had a refurbishment, we have just internally done some improvements whilst we await our refurbishment.. The hotel is quite safe as is the adjacent car park all our guests use and have done over the years. Unsure if your window was open and flies came in or flies were present on entry - so will check to ensure all vents are secured and windows are not left open. I am sorry you felt breakfast was only adequate, we are normally commended on our breakfast, so we will look into this. I would like to apologies you felt staff were not clued up and this is something I will have addressed straight away. I hope that you will find the above in consideration and do try us again in the future to see that we take on board feedback and make positive changes to enhance guest experiences.

Just come back after a night stay for business. The hotel is located near the train station and shops so an ideal location. The staff were amazing from start to finish and the bed was extremely comfy.
