Not a place for me. Hotel is a little run down. Clean but stained carpets and wore out fixtures, which I could live with but the homeless people panhandling in the Lobby was too much for me. Nice restaurant and bar but if your coming for the art, skip it and go to an art museum it’s not very good. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for and lots of better options in the area.

Booked through Expedia. Hotel took my card for ‘incidentals‘. after checking out I noticed they charged my card for the a whole stay which had already been paid for. Contacted Hotel for a refund for their ‘mistake’. no apologies but sent me a ‘partial’ refund and expected me to pay The difference in exchange rate and other fees for THEIR mistake. have been trying to get in touch with their manager ALEXA Who has not returned my messages for two weeks and every time I call and the staff asks me for my name, Alexa is all of a sudden ‘busy’. this hotel is a scam and they will try to charge you twice for your stay hoping you don’t notice and if you do notice, you will be responsible for any fees and exchange rates

Absolutely Gorgeous decor/art exhibit and room! Breakfast buffet was delicious and flavorful...suite was nice and clean. Only complaint would be the brick walls facing all the windows so there wasn't much of a view. Maybe add some art to the brick instead, to give guests something to see outside their windows.🤷🏽‍♀️

We stayed at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville and loved it. The Kansas City version pales in comparison. The location, parking and lack of staff upon arrival was disappointing. The room was dingy. Carpet was dirty and windows were frosted. We had zero view and as a result the room was dark. The bathroom sink was disgusting and had a horrible smell and the grout in the shower was old and discoloured and rotting. There was an empty mini bar with zero amenities. There was an old & dented mini fridge in the room for some reason!?!?! When we checked out, no one asked us if we had a nice stay….they didn’t care. We visit Kansas City every year and will not be returning to this hotel. It is a poor product.

Uno degli hotel con più stile nel quale sia mai stato...appena si entra si respira arte e buongusto. Personale molto cortese e dopo pochi minuti per il check-in ci si ritrova in una stanza splendida, pulita, spaziosa e luminosa. Parcheggio adiacente all'albergo a 10 USD al giorno (molto onesto). A tutto questo si aggiungono i pinguini (opere d'arte presenti in tutti i loro hotel) che vengono simpaticamente e a sorpresa spostati per i corridoi dell'hotel, strappando un sorriso ogni volta che se ne incontra uno. Una bellissima esperienza.
