I deeply regret that your experience was marred by the broken A/C unit and the frustration of having to move rooms. I can only imagine how inconvenient and disappointing this must have been for you. I also want to apologize if our staff seemed underprepared in handling the situation. I truly wish we had been more polished and responsive during your stay.
