Please know that I have relayed your comments about the cleanliness of your room and the upkeep of the guest hallways to our Rooms Department. I am most disappointed in hearing about your experience with our Front Desk staff. We are known for our exceptional guest service, and I am truly shocked upon reading your review. Grazie! We deeply appreciate your kind review and we do hope to welcome you back soon. Our restaurant offers excellent lunch and dinner choices as well, and our art exhibitions change about every six months. We also invite you enjoy our sister properties in Louisville, Bentonville, AR, and Durham, NC (opening in 2015!).
