Had misunderstanding with billing, However, Helen took time to explain billing. Thank you for having a knowledgeable professional staff member well verse in communication, and your business structure procedures. Fish bar experience was great!

The service was excellent, and the hotel exuded an artistic, museum-like aesthetic. Helen at the front desk went above and beyond! She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and professional. Also, the location was ideal, making it easy to visit prime spots! I look forward to returning!

Helen was amazing!!! So sweet & kind the service was perfect and I will be back!!!! Onyinye was very generous and kind as well that front desk was a joy!!! This is not my first time at this hotel and the service continues to get better and better.

My stay at 21C Chicago was amazing...From check in to check out. Helen was phenomenal, she listened, was very informed about the hotel, restaurant & general area. Customer service, Room cleanliness & service throughout my stay was 100/10

Amazing staff, they have been super helpful with all my needs for a business trip, from the evening to the day crew. Rooms have great views and breakfast is also great (salmon totally recommended). Andres has been key part in my stay and the receptionists also 10/10.
