We had a great time and great service right from the beginning. My girlfriend and I went for an Xmas getaway. Irena at the front desk was so nice and helped look up places to go and make suggestions! Anthony was our concierge and was so nice and accommodating. The whole hotel is so clean, the rooms are nice and the beds are some the most comfy I've had. Lure fish bar downstairs has fantastic cocktails. Location is absokutely perfect for shopping, dining, attractions, no need to take a car anywhere. Our 2nd time here and we will certainly be back! Thank you!

I booked the Hotel through VRBO and it seemed pretty easy and care free at first. Unfortunately the rooms did not have the King size beds I requested and then I paid a $20 upgrade on 2 of the rooms. OK so I'll take that as a possible misunderstanding. The kicker is the additional fee they charged me for staying there that was not communicated ANYWHERE!! An "Urban Experience Fee" SERIUOSLY! They really did this! I can't believe it. No wonder they closed their Nashville hotel! Maybe they were charging additional fees there too until they got caught? I will never EVER stay in a place like this! 3 additional charges $29.36 for an "Urban Experience Fee" VERY VERY SAD!!!!

Room was very clean and neat. Loved the museum and the security guards were friendly. Wish we would have known about more of the perks when we first arrived, but when l checking out, Fatima was very friendly and knowledgeable and educated us if our perks for next time. She even ordered us a cab. Thank you, Fatima <3

Fatima was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Informed us of all the perks we were not informed of when we checked in. You guys offering a microwave to the room is a need at every hotel. Hotel was beautiful we will stay here when we return. The iron in our room needed replacing only

Museum is fascinating and the hotel sits roght above it the front staff (specifically Fatima) was absolutely wonderful. We were caught in a snow storm and they were so kind as to help us with a very late check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as well as upscale. The bathroom is finally a hotel bathroom worthy of taking a bath in!!

We’re delighted you found the museum fascinating and enjoyed the unique blend of art and hospitality at 21c Chicago. Fatima will be thrilled to know her kindness during your late check-in made a difference, especially during the snowstorm. It’s great to hear you found the rooms clean, comfortable, and upscale—and we’re especially pleased the bathroom exceeded expectations!
