Stay was amazing. Staff was super helpful and made our time at the hotel memorable. Francisco in reception was incredible, helped us with all our queries and gave us an amazing service. Location of the hotel ii's great as well. Right in the middle of the city with all major sights very close.

Francisco from the front desk assisted us and gave us an excellent service. The room is very clean and spacious also the ambiance at the hotel is very aesthetic and a perfect place for me and my friend since we’re just doing one night in Chicago.

As soon as u walked in you'll see wonderful pieces and designs and staff was very friendly and helpful especially Francisco. It was our first time and he helped us to settle in quickly. Room was very chic and its literally in the heart of Chicago which we enjoyed as much as ya'll will.

Convenient to all our planned activities (Chicago Marathon)! Very good service from Francisco who helped us with an early check-in. Would definitely come back! The only negative is Trip Advisor making me use all 200 characters for this review

We cane to town for a wedding and found our go to hotel for future return trips. What a fantastic hotel! The entire staff was welcoming during our stay. It started with Francisco at the front desk and it continued with everyone we encountered. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The art was in multiple areas and interesting to look at and read about. This location was close to everything downtown with a Trader Joe’s right across the street for top notch convenience.
