提前10天申请，一会告诉我可以退订最后一日预定，一会告诉我第三方预定无法提前退房，房费无法退回，和我同行的同事就可以退订，真奇怪。

服务还不错。有两点很不满意，1）付款预售，抵扣房费、餐费后的剩余费用没有退回；2）重复刷卡（没出小票，实际已经扣款），多次反馈，并在前台登记，但迟迟没有回应解决，已经委托信用卡银行交涉。
