Housekeeping staff, Asraf is very helpful and just amazing with the service he rendered! He is very cheerful and often asks me if I need anything additional in my room to make my stay more comfortable. Happy with such awesome service and attitude!!

The hotel is found in a quiet area of jeddah within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Check in was swift and was done by Suleiman who has been a gem in providing us with not only a good check in but also with information, areas to visit and locations surrounding the hotel. The room itself was new, well structured and spacious. Housekeeping was clean and swift and any requirements we had, was met nearly within 5 minutes. The peacefulness of the location is such a big plus for this establishment

What an amazing stay. This hotel was perfect and I do not have any bad point to highlight. Check was swift even though it was done by a junior staff member/ trainee, who was also diligently overseeing the check in progress (we have all been new to a job at some point). Check in took between 5 to 7 mins max regardless. You can tell this hotel is well organised and treats their staff and guest with total respect. It is nice to see genuine Arab hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay here and I can’t recommend this place more. The next time I’m in Jeddah I’m definitely staying here again. The location is perfect, close to the airport and all must see points of interest, restaurants and malls. The room was perfect and I didn’t even bother with an upgraded room, I can only imagine how much better the bigger rooms are. The breakfast was yummy and fresh and nothing was too much of an ask. Lastly, I was shocked at how affordable this hotel is for what I received in return in accommodation and amenities. They have a nice poor, modern gym and spa and even a tennis court and basketball court on the roof!!! Thank you again and I hope to see you again.

We made our event in the ballroom on September 17 ( brand buzz) and honestly im too satisfied as an organizer of events the staff was super helpful the supervision made our day we are thankful for all of them especially mr Farhat , mrs samaher , mrs Omayma and mubasher thank you all for the good sevice and the tasty food .
