My stay was excellent. The staff was very polite and responsive. The location and the atmosphere of the hotel are amazing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything a guest needs. I recommend it strongly.

Great hotel with excellent service in a lovely part of Plovdiv. Staff members are very attentive, you are always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is outstanding too. We felt very welcome and looked after.
