My wife and I escaped to this hotel for the weekend, and it was just what we needed. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at home right away. The chill vibe of the hotel helped us relax, and the wellness zone was awesome. If you're in Plovdiv for work or just want a peaceful break, this hotel rocks. It offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and luxury to meet your needs. We had a fantastic stay, and I am eager to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch experience in Plovdiv.

Good find! We’re truly happy cause we needed a 2 night stay before going to Pamporovo ski resort, and everything was perfect! Lovely mid size hotel, very welcoming staff and good amenities. Sauna is recommended. Love the decor in a lobby and high tech room !! Def going again whenever we’re in the area.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are big and very well furnished. Removing one star because of the breakfast - for a 5* hotel I expect much more, food was not very tasty, vegetables were not quite fresh, tomatoes felt like rubber - and the sewer odor in the shower.

So often when I’ve stayed at hotels in Plovdiv, I’ve been disappointed with the standard of the rooms, but not in The Emporium! Beautiful room, excellent location and above all outstanding staff!We had such a great time and I will definitely stay here again any time I go to Plovdiv, what a little gem!

Excellent place to eat near the airport if you need to kill some time. Food is nice. First time we had butchers meatballs and mixed grill. We had mixed grill, ceaser salad and pork with mashed patato the second time we went. I would go again when near to the airport. You can pay with cash, credit card or debit card.
