Great and clean hotel..the staff are friendly and polite..definitely will return..the food is awesome and plenty of variety..the pillows and bed is comfortable and the kids had a great time..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Pros - Room is clean and comfortable Cons- Breakfast is poor. First day was good with broccoli and cauliflower for cooked veggies. Subsequent days only baked tomatoes. Even cocktail sausages which had roasted veggies on first two days was bare subsequently. Salad bar ran out of 2 bowls of greens and not topped up at 8.30 am because staff informed no more left. Food were left not topped up - scrambled eggs, fruits, curry chicken, hash browns, yoghurt. Tables outside facing the sea were not cleaned and not set up. Guests had to get their own cutlery. Coffee machines- one not working well. At7 am some breakfast items not yet ready. Swimming pool ran out of towels. All in all, can’t giveaway good rating. Breakfast is most important meal of the day and it was disappointing.

A gd hotel facing seafront and a lovely beach.. The manager.. Miss Michelle is a very professional person and gave gd hospitality to us. The buffet b/fast was gd and overall they have gd staffs. This hotel is nearby to Straits Quey.. Batu Feringgi.. and some hawker and food reataurants. There is also a bar fr u to relax in the evenings. Tqvm mercure..

Sunset & sunrise seaview with a tub to relax.

Room was great, facing the sea. Room 502. Woke up to sunrise and enjoyed the sunset. Breakfast selection was quite decent. Loved the chocolate filled croissants, and they even had chocolate milk as a choice for drinks. Mee hon and char kway teow was very flavourful. The staff were quick to clear used plates from your table. Enjoyed the bath tub in the room. Room was also equipped with a full sized fridge, microwave and a decent kitchenette. Will definitely visit this hotel again.
