Booked 20 nights at this hotel unfortunately. The room is adequate, the bathroom is very small. The main issue is the housekeeping staff do not clean the rooms, we are continually contacting the front desk to have our room cleaned or to obtain bath towels which were not left. There is no explanation or apologies provided, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I was a bit disappointed with our experience. We were staying in one of the more expensive rooms and after travelling for almost 24 hours they would not let us check in 15 minutes early! The room was ok but there was absolutely nothing in the kitchenette apart from x2 knives x2 forks and a tea towel. For whatever reason we kept having to ask for more toilet paper? Staff were friendly enough but not very flexible with their rules. Probably not worth what we paid… hotel needs a re vamp

Check in 31.7.24 Check out 4.8.24 Good 1. FOH Naim & Hanif, Navin - friendly, helpful and accomodating. 2. Room 442 great view, clean and tidy. Hook on bathroom door fell off when I tried to hang a towel but was quickly fixed a few days later by maintenance crew. 3. Housekeeping staff alert, quick and service with a smile. Please reward them well. 4. Great pool and beach. 5. Tap 3M filtered water. 6. Recycle bins at lobby. 7. MyNews at Tanjong Point next door to stock up on drinks & snacks. 8. Coin laundry less than 10 mins walk (Opera Sabun Tanjong Tokong). Payment by App/Wallet only. 9. Take a Rapid bus number 101 if you want to save & enjoy the ride into town (RM2). Scan QR code at bus stop to view live location of bus. Bus stop is 5 min walk same side as hotel. On the way back bus stop is opposite hotel. 10. Arati Villas just opposite hotel has great Indian food for breakfast, lunch & dinner (closed on Mondays). Iskender Turkish next door also good (open daily 11am to 11pm). 1. Hotel food - awful. Please hire a decent chef with proper experience in local & international cuisine. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return.

Stayed 3 nights for parents med-check, so we could onlu relax and enjoy the beach post hospital visit. And it's all worthied. Long tiring day at hospital gone after sea-bath. The kids and parents were also happy with the clean beach and sand.

The room is amazing for the price you pay it’s a good size and the view is great. They really need to think about improving the food quality though. We had the Barbecue Seafood dinner on our first night and it was underwhelming for the price you pay. They also have minimal rooms with bathtub so if you want one you gotta request earlier. I must commend the Sales Exec Diivagankumar. He dealt with our reservation from the beginning and he was a great help. Others really need better training.
