On behalf of the guests of the Mövenpick Hotel, we extend our warmest congratulations to the hotel, its manager, and the managers of other departments, including the Housekeeping Department and its manager, and to all those working in this department, for their excellent and courteous treatment of us and for performing their duties to the fullest extent without any shortcomings. We would also like to extend our warmest congratulations to the employee in this department, "Robi Subekti" Due to his respect, excellent manners, and professionalism, we experienced the most respectful and appreciative treatment during this short period. His genuine care and dedication to cleaning our room were truly commendable. I wish this employee and the hotel continued success in having such a dedicated and respectful staff member.
